Utah Dispute Resolution (UDR) ha sido reconocida como una organización benéfica sin fines de lucro 501(c)(3) por el IRS desde 1997 (IRS_Determination_Letter).

Como organización sin fines de lucro, UDR depende de la generosidad de fundaciones privadas, organizaciones, e individuos para ayudar a financiar el costo de su funcionamiento. Una creciente fuente de ingresos son recaudados a través de las capacitaciones de UDR. Fondos adicionales se recaudan de entidades públicas como las escuelas en pago por capacitación y servicios. Estas fuentes permiten que la organización proporcione servicios gratuitos, o de tarifas reducidas, para clientes de medios escasos para contratar a un mediador privado.

In-Kind Donations

In addition to receiving financial support from organizations, Utah Dispute Resolution receives in-kind donations to help reduce expenses. In recent years, UDR has received the following assistance:

Utah State Bar provides office and meeting space; bookkeeping and accounting services; and network and Internet support at reduced costs or at no charge.

Donate to UDR

Utah Dispute Resolution gratefully accepts donations from individuals who want to contribute toward the organization's mission. Funds raised are used to pay operating costs to run the main office in Salt Lake City and the new satellite office in Ogden. 

All donations are tax-deductible for income tax filing purposes.
